Looks great - came in 2 separate boxes. Will need 2 people to move it. Only issue I had was the arms don't go on very easy and the backrest cushions have a velcro strap on them that doesn't really line up with where it's supposed to to keep the cushions in place. Other than that it will serve its purpose as a guest room couch/bed. After seeing it in person, I'm not sure I would pay full price for it. I'm glad I ordered this when it was the Black Friday price of $500.

The sectional is a great size for a smaller room. We placed it in a 16 x 18 side room, and it fits the space perfectly. The storage under the lounge chair is better than I expected as well. It seems to be well made, and functions smoothly. The cushions are firm, but it is comfortable.

I am very happy with this sofa. It did not take long to assemble. It looks nice, especially for the price. The storage in the lounge section is a great added bonus. We have this is our loft area, which is a kids space. The smaller size works well. Transitioning to a bed is easy. Adults might not like sleeping on it because it is firm, but it worked great for the kids.

It’s a great concept to be able to change which way the couch has the chaise part. It’s not very cushy, I’m hoping with time it gets softer. It’s great that it has storage and also makes into a bed. I really like the color of the navy fabric. Would get a 5 if it was more comfortable.

This is an awesome sectional! Great seating area, excellent storage in the ottoman, nice quality and super easy to put together. Good quality fabric, and it's nice and firm, so I think the cushions will keep their shape for a while. The trundle pulls out smoothly and creates a very nice guest bed. And kudos to Sam's Club for EXCELLENT customer service -- our first couch came broken, and they picked it up and replaced it within a week!

I love that this couch can be reconfigured but I wish that you could attach them to each other. I bought two in November and they have held up well so far. They do show dirt and dog hair so I feel like I am constantly cleaning them but that’s life with kids and pets. I also have to regularly vacuum the inside of the chase. I absolutely love that you can sit up or lay down comfortably because the back rest lays down and my 5 year old loves that she can turn it into a bed by herself and snuggle up with her blanket that she can get out herself too. The only negative really is that the boards on the side of the couch arms are extremely thin and I accidentally pushed through it when moving the couch but you get what you pay for and I should have been more careful.

This sectional is a super great addition to the room. It is by far the easiest piece of furniture that I have ever put together. Only needed help with the final lifting with the chaise to attach to the couch.The only recommendation is the thickness of the padding over the chaise is a bit thin. The sofa is solid and firm.

Looked all around for a medium sizes sofa, due to tour limited space. Saw this sofa advertised on Sams web site. the dimensions seemed to fit and the cost was in my range so we ordered it. the sofa came sooner than expected and in two boxes. Putting it together was easy;the arms slipped into the sofa and the 6 legs screwed into the pieces. there a sofa that fits my space at my price. if your space is limited this is for you i would recommend this.

This sectional was shipped in two parts, easy to get into the house, fairly easy to set up. Very comfortable. We have used the trundle bed feature once so far with grandchildren. It is very easy to setup and put away. We will see how well the cushions stand up over time.

Couch is a little smaller than it looks. It is also very hard to sit on. No cushion to it, hoping it gives a little so it will be comfortable. At this time its almost to hard to sit or sleep on it. The price was great and would work in a smaller home or apartment. I have a home that is large and this is to small for my living room.
