Love the couch!! Cushions are just right, packed the chase with blankets, and the pullout makes a great place for the little to rest and watch movies.

Nice looking chair once I get together. However, the wood screws were missing on slide bracket that you assemble and already mounted slide bracket had stripped out screws.

Pretty solid piece, a bit difficult to connect the two major pieces together but once done it is nice and sturdy. Pretty comfortable setting. We'll see how it wears.

It is very firm, wish it were a little softer to sit on, but all in all, we prefer firm to too soft since we were buying it online without trying it. We are happy with it.

We put this in our game room, great for sleepovers, and snuggling, I love the look, seems to be good quality so far. It could be a little softer but for the price, I love it!

This is an awesome sectional! Great seating area, excellent storage in the ottoman, nice quality and super easy to put together. Good quality fabric, and it's nice and firm, so I think the cushions will keep their shape for a while. The trundle pulls out smoothly and creates a very nice guest bed. And kudos to Sam's Club for EXCELLENT customer service -- our first couch came broken, and they picked it up and replaced it within a week!

Looked all around for a medium sizes sofa, due to tour limited space. Saw this sofa advertised on Sams web site. the dimensions seemed to fit and the cost was in my range so we ordered it. the sofa came sooner than expected and in two boxes. Putting it together was easy;the arms slipped into the sofa and the 6 legs screwed into the pieces. there a sofa that fits my space at my price. if your space is limited this is for you i would recommend this.

This sectional was shipped in two parts, easy to get into the house, fairly easy to set up. Very comfortable. We have used the trundle bed feature once so far with grandchildren. It is very easy to setup and put away. We will see how well the cushions stand up over time.

Looks great - came in 2 separate boxes. Will need 2 people to move it. Only issue I had was the arms don't go on very easy and the backrest cushions have a velcro strap on them that doesn't really line up with where it's supposed to to keep the cushions in place. Other than that it will serve its purpose as a guest room couch/bed. After seeing it in person, I'm not sure I would pay full price for it. I'm glad I ordered this when it was the Black Friday price of $500.
