Bad taste

The cap changed. Harder to open and you end up spilling water. Also, these two cases we just bought, taste weird. They have a spicy aftertaste. We buy ozarka now because Nestle started tasting funny as well. Only the ones we get from Sam's. We've been drinking ozarka for the last 5 months and drinks case a week. But they have a bad taste now

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, Lisa. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with the updated cap design and the unexpected taste you noticed—both of those can certainly be frustrating, especially if this has been a product you’ve relied on. Taste and packaging are important parts of the overall experience, and your comments about consistency and storage at specific retailers are helpful to us. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our quality and packaging teams for review.

Thicker plastic bottles

These cost a little more, but the bottles are not as flimsy as the 15.5 oz.
