Absouletly the worst experience i have ever had at any place of service. I purchased 1 tire and wanted it installed. Waited for over 2 hours and was finally told they couldnt take the spare off the vehicle because three of the lugs were cross threaded. After a heated argument i took the car home used my jack and lug wrench took the lug nuts off with no problem and put the new tire on.

I had to work, so my dad picked up my Jeep & took it to Sam’s for the new tires. They were very helpful, They had the best pricing out of 4-5 other places.

Service was great and they had me in and out in less than an hour.

Ordered tires online, waited about a week,tires came in, drove to Sam's same day, dropped off the vehicle, went inside, shopped for about 30 minutes, went back to put my items in the car only to find it was done!!! Wow!! I was impressed!!! Definitely recommend these folks!!!!

These Tires Vibrate like crazy. Don't buy them. Get a better reviewed tire, very disappointed with these tires. They were recommended by the guys at Sams club so I went with their recommendation. Fairly sure they were just stock items they needed to move. Installation was thoughtless, no offence to the guys but no customer service skills. After purchase, now my Honda Pilot vibrates like crazy from 100-130 km/h on the highway. But hey, you don't usually drive that speed on the highway right? Of course, one would think this is a balance issue.... so I got the free balance at another Sams club in Florida. Nope, didn't fix the vibration. Pretty sure its just these ugly tires since the last tires didn't vibrate like these do. Oh yeah, and these tires are ugly too. I woulda never picked them but I bought them sight unseen. And no, I'm not a Karen... I usually leave glowing reviews.
