Even though this string cheese is "light" with less fat & fewer calories than regular string cheese I couldn't tell it by the taste. If you like string cheese...you'll like this! It's not packed with a lot of flavor but it is an easy low calorie snack. Each serving has a good bit of protein to help achieve that "full" feeling. Though, I was a little surprised by the amount of sodium each serving has, nothing over the top but I'd say enough for a snack.
