I usually buy the Sargento Light String Cheese but it was not in stock last time I wanted to make a purchase I so went ahead and tried Member's Mark. I can't say that I would recommend this. The cheese has a grainy texture and wasn't really that tasty.

I'm reading some of the other reviews saying that this taste and texture was off. That's not what I experienced. It tastes great to me, and I'm a person who likes to peel off the strings into very fine strings, and I can do that with this. (Yes, I'm an old guy, and I still derive childhood pleasure from that!) We have purchased this string cheese three times now over the past two months and the first bag was delicious, then we started noticing the cheese had an odd and very strong mold/dirt flavor, but have not noticed any discoloration on the cheese itself. Not sure what's going on, but will be glad to buy again when the issue is corrected.
