I expected these string cheese sticks to have less flavor as they are a light version of a store brand. They actually taste pretty darn good compared to the regular versions of the name brand ones. They are pretty good for a light snack and putting in my kids lunches. They do not have too many calories backpack kids still enjoy them. Although I am not much of a cheese eater, I was pleasantly surprised by the Member's Mark Light String Cheese product. The String Cheese sticks were tasty and moist. I have eaten other String Cheese products in the past that were dry and crumbly with a bold taste. I enjoyed trying the Member's Mark String Cheese so much, I actually ate a second one immediately. We typically LOVE this string cheese but the last two bags have both had issues. Far before the expiration date, they quickly start to taste soapy and leave a horrible after taste. It's not worth getting sick over, so we've been tossing them in the trash.

It felt really refreshing eating it and it's texture was fantastic. One individually packed stick of this string cheese was sufficient to satisfy my hunger pangs. The price was super affordable for a 36 count cheese pack. I would definitely buy this again.

Excellent healthy snack option, especially for the price and quantity, and a great value. "Sam's" size package so it actually lasts more than one school week. My kids laugh at ** when they catch ** "stealing" one. Plus, I can make homemade fried cheesesticks during football season.
