These are not as good as the Sargento Lite String Cheese - not even close. These are very soft and have a sort of sour aftertaste. After trying a few different sticks, the package was discarded. They all tasted off. I hope Sam's brings back Sargento because these are pretty gross.

This product is a pretty good value - but that's the only good thing I can say about it. The string cheese itself is just okay. It's palatable, but has a very mild almost bland flavor and is slightly dry and rubbery, which I find to be a common problem with "light" varieties. The packaging, however, is awful. Out of the 36 pieces in the package, only about 8-10 were actually individually wrapped. The rest were just one big non-perforated strip of cheese sticks. I had to go in and separate each one individually with scissors. I'm not even sure how that got through QC checks. It was definitely not a convenient snack for my family and I won't be purchasing it again.

I buy string cheese every couple of weeks for a quick low calorie snack. My family loved the Sargento Light string cheese. This is a cheaper option that still tastes good. The texture is not quite as dry as I would like, but we will continue to purchase it. If Sam's brings back Sargento, I will purchase it instead.

I just got the string cheese today and when I took the first bite, it tasted like expired milk or moldy or something. Immediately I spit it out and checked the expiration date. It wasn’t expired so I wonder if they’re just meant to taste gross like that. Glad it wasn’t just me that thought that. I will not go back to get a refund cause I hate the whole process, it’s embarrassing so I will just toss those, but I do NOT recommend! Buy the other brands instead.

Ive bought atleast 10 packages of these over the last few months and i end up throwing atleast 10 sticks away! Some have a weird smell when you open them and others smell fine but taste like either mold or dishsoap! Ive been hoping id get a good pack but havent, will be buying a better brand next time!

Flavor was off, Not a good replacement for the Sargento brand

These are a great buy. They taste great. My grandkids enjoy them for a snack or with a meal.
