It tastes like a bland, average string cheese made from GMO corn fed milk with the fat taken out, which is where all the flavor comes from... That being said, the remaining flavor and protein isn’t too bad, it’s fairly inoffensive tasting, I’ve had other string cheeses that are just violently bad tasting, this one is just kinda boring.
