My word, this is the most strange "cheese" I have ever bought. It doesn't melt. Let me repeat that. It does NOT melt. My husband started picking it off his food. My rescue German Shepherd, who is extremely food driven and was literally starving until I finally convinced the negligent owner to sell him to me, actually spit this out and wouldn't eat it. That is an absolute first, he loves cheese and until whatever this product actually is he has never refused anything I have offered him. I would never feed this to children, please don't buy it for your kids. We get the Great Value mozarella cheese sticks and I thought since the companies are related this product would be good too. If you need to make money stretch I recommend sticking with the Walmart store brand. It melts! My husband likes it. My German Shepherd loves it!! I will never buy this product again.

The cheese itself is great, but they recently changed the packaging, and the 'peel here' tab is now incredibly difficult to open. Previously, the top edges were separated, making it easy to grab and tear apart. Now, the plastic layers are sealed tight against each other, and you have to constantly fumble with it just to get a grip to separate them.

My kids goes through cheese fast... pack allows us to keep fresh quality healthy snacks on habd to grab and go

This was the most disgusting tasting string cheese I’ve ever had and will never buy this brand again! Bring back the Sargento brand please!
