Since the December 3rd batch, it has tasted different. It has stopped melting into a cream and now has little white, unmelted bits in it. The taste is quite foul compared to previous batches. My guess is that they have changed a raw ingredient or switched vendors to a lesser product.

I like price and the package size at 2.5 lbs. I wish Sams would sell member mark american cheese in this size package or split the 5 lb package into 2 resalable packages. The only reason I don't buy it is because 5 lbs in one non resealable package is too much for us. Cheese spoils before we can finish it

Best cheese you've ever had. Hasn't been available within 150 miles in Woodstock, GA for over a year. Please, restock!

Love this cheese. Keep mine in a Tupperware container and it keeps just fine.

I have been buying this delicious cheese for years

Can't compare to the former product it tried to replace. Not as tasty, not as moist and generally a product I would never buy again.
