Bistro 4 is absolutely perfect. Never bitter. I've been buying this for a long time and go through it very quickly. I've only had one bag, my most recent, that was off. Not the flavor, but the grind. It was super fine. It left a lot of sediment in my cup. I don't know if it was grinder setting was off or it was near the end of that particular batch. I'm needing more now and will get from a different store, hoping I get a different lot. Certainly hope you're not changing your grind. It would break my coffee-loving heart.

I am a busy mom of four young girls, so I am serious about my coffee. Seattle's Best 6th Avenue Bistro has a great flavor, it is not even bitter to drink black, like some other brands I have tried. I think I just discovered my new favorite coffee!
