I have used the Force Flex series for years, Force Flex Protection to be exact. We buy them by the box of 110 and recently the bags started were splitting at the seams every time you put it in the can which impacted the drawstring. I thought it was just a bad batch and now we are on box number two and it is still happening. It also doesn't flex all that well and we have stuff push through the sides quite often. We have used the same can for 14+ years so that is not the problem. We are giving up on these bags and will be finding a new company.

Bought a huge box of Gain scented bags from BJ's whole sale. For days my kitchen has smelled so gross. Looked and looked. Couldnt figure it out. Even looked for a dead mouse. No cleaning got rid of the smell. Put the trash can on the porch while cleaning. The smell is now gone.

You can see how they reinforced the bags and made them stronger! They are touted to be leaf proof and rip proof and I can say I have had no rips or leaks while using them! I tend to fill our trash can so full that my husband often exclaims, "What did you put in here?" when he takes it out, yet there have been no accidents on the way to the outside cans. I really appreciate that there is an Odor Shield too, and no fruity or floral scent. Because we all know those scents don't cover anything, they just mix into fruity smelling garbage. These really do keep the smell down though! I'm glad to trust Glad!
