Yes, they do. Trust me. Do yourself a favor and buy these. Give them a try. They are strong, flexible, and even when I had put some moldy veggies in the trash, and forgot and left the trash in the can a few days, they curtailed the bad smell. They feel light, yet stronger than other bags. I even was confident to put them over my fertilizer spreader in the RAIN and they did an unconventional job that wasn't required of them. Fertilizer dry as a bone. I had 'water' in them from some of my friends (let's just say they aren't the sharpest tools in the shed) who dumped their drink cups in the trash with 'liquids.' First of all party foul, no wasted 'liquids.' Like, "Hey Bro, are you so lazy that you can't dump the 'water' from your cup 2 feet over in the sink, then the trash?" Then he says, "But Brah, you got them Force Flex's!" I asked, "How you know about thems?" They work very well and stretch over my garbage can without ripping or tearing. They smell great too. I would definitely recommend.

Love the strength of the bags, no rips or worries about leaks, but I really wasn’t a fan of the lavender scent. Maybe if it was a citrus instead? Definitely personal preference though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Glad Forcelexplus bags haven't ripped!! I've stuffed them full too!! The Force Flex makes it tough enough for heavy items. Another thing I like is that the rim easily folds down over the rim of the trash can and doesn't slide down easily. I'm also a big fan of the scented bags...helps to eliminate the odor of stinky garbage!! We eat salmon a lot and I've noticed that these keep that odor out of the kitchen!!

They are super strong and flexible, but with the lightest scent of lavendar to freshen up our musty under cabinet trash bin. I don't gag every time I open our trash bin.
