[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying these trash bags so far. These trash bags are sturdy and long lasting. I haven't had any tears or holes to form while using these bags. I really love that these bags have drawstrings. It makes transporting trash to the dump so much easier. These trash bags are great, and I'll definitely be sticking with this type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend these trash bags. The very first bag we used ripped when we were pulling it out of the garbage can. We weren't even applying much force and the bag wasn't overly full and we got a big hole. The second bag we used did not have the claimed odor shield. I put some veggies in the trash after dinner, they were the only thing in the bag, and then next morning the smell in the kitchen was so terrible that we had to throw out the whole bag with only a few veggies in it. We are on the 3rd bag of this box and no issues with this one. There are pros to these bags which I don't want to dismiss because of the cons. The drawstring is strong and sturdy. About two inches below the drawstring the trash bag has force flex and that seems very sturdy. (We had the whole in the 2inch area of non force flex.) We had no leaks from the sides or bottom of any of the bags. Overall the bags are ok, but I would not recommend to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the Glad Forceflexplus garbage bag in the Gain Lavender Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag version to try. The scent of the bag is much better than the smell of the garbage that goes into it, but the bag itself is not quite as strong as I would like it to be. Even though is still smells fine after a few days, family members that try to push more garbage into the bag rather than taking out the garbage bag tend to stretch the bag more than it should be stretched, and the bag does rip. My family would appreciae one of the super strong trash bags, but with a scent like this one.

I love the drastrings because they keep the bag in place and help you pull out the bag when it is full and keeps the contents securely inside. I really like the ForceFlex that helps keeps the bag from tearing and the Odor Shield helps keep odors at bay. It says the bags have leak, rip and odor protection and I agree! I would highly recommend this product.

I have been purchasing these bags for a long time and I used to like them. All of a sudden I have allergies and there is this awful perfume smell in my apartment and I can’t figure out what it is. Then I realize it’s the glad bags. Why did you have to go and put perfume in them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love GLAD TRASH BAGS!!!!! they are the most dependable,sturdy,tough and flexible trash bags i have ever used.i know without a doubt when using GLAD trash bags that i wont have to worry about leaks,tears,or even smells coming from my trash.i wish i could only use these bags forever.the only downside is the price.i do think they should be more flexible for their customers in order for them to afford their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very durable bag with a clean and fresh scent, not overpowering. Works well in our pull out trash can. Does not rip and tear even with pointy objects. Ties are strong and do not rip one pulling bag out like some other bags have done in the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags are great. Admittedly, I often buy the knock-off brand to save a few pennies. Not any more. These bags fit my trashcan better and have less static when placing in the bin. They are more sturdy and allow me to compact the trash without ripping or tearing. Even sharp cardboard edges don't poke through. The draw string is tight and doesn't tear through the bag when full. Simple product made great.
