The lavender scent is very nice and light. I felt that it did a good job at masking the odor from the garbage can without being too overpowering or artificial. I packed that sucker full to the brim and smashed it in the trash compactor numerous times over the course of the week. The bag never broke!

I received a Gain Lavender Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag as a sample and liked it very much. I've used the other Glad trash bags before and liked them, so this was a nice sample. It was a lavender scented one and smelled so good. I would definitely use again and recommend the Glad Forceflexplus bags.

The trash bag was sturdy and held the contents well. The trash bag had a lavender scent to it, but honestly our trashbag doesn't sit in our trashcan long enough to need the added scent. It's a good bag, but I wouldn't pay any extra for it as I don't feel it is really needed.

These bags help a LOT with that. They smell lovely upon opening up and they work very well carrying a lot of heavy trash without ripping and spilling trash juice everywhere. I’m a big fan of these trash bags!!!

While I did receive my Gain Lavendar Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag from Glad Forceflexplus as a sample from PinchMe, I will be honest and say that I have actually purchased these before on my own—many times, actually. That in itself should tell you that I love these trash bags. These trash bags are great! They hold so much…and I do mean that they hold a lot! More, no matter how heavy the trash is inside, I have never—not one time out of many—had one of these bags rip on me while walking to the outside trash bin. For me, that’s enough to end the review and tell everyone to go buy these trash bags! I know that if I read that part in a review of trash bags, I’d at least purchase them to give it a try. Happily, that is not all the wonderful aspects of Glad Forceflexplus! The lavender scent is absolutely delightful! It isn’t overwhelming, nor does the lavender scent smell so strong and artificial that it reminds you of your grandmother’s perfume. It hits just the right threshold of lavender. For me, that is important, because I don’t want my kitchen— a place that is meant to make your tummy grumble—turn people away. These bags also do a perfect job at not “masking the smell,” but at somehow neutralizing the “yuck” odors. They are perfectly balanced! I definitely recommend these Glad trash bags…in lavender and in the other scents, as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received some sample bags and used them right away. I had not leaks, tears (Even though I put some sharp items in the bag) and no odors. I put clothing in another bag for donations to the Lupis foundation and it was very heavy, no rips or tears either. I highly recommend these bags 100%

These are the worst garbage bags ever. I never tried them until last week. I figured I would buy them since the usual brand I get was out of stock. They're suppose to stretch so you can fit more trash. But all they do is rip open. Everywhere!!! Why? Because they made them so they have thick & thin spots. The thinner spots rip if you fill the bag to the top. So you can only fill it half way. I'm not sure how these bags have lasted this long on the market. They're definitely not worth it! You're better off buying the store brands for less money with more bags in the box & better quality. I will NEVER buy these again.
