[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these bags the other day and was surprised by their smell when I opened the box. I have used two now and have not had any issue with the trash making the kitchen smell. They have not ripped with removing them from the trash can either.

I recently use them to help my son move and they held up well to a lot of stuff in them. They do really well as trash bags to and help with the smell. If you don’t like strong smells, they may be too much for you. Just keep that in mind.

Gain Lavender Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag is a must try! I used at Christmas dinner and it with held all the leftovers and paper plates of our huge family gathering. I forgot to take the trash out that evening and the next morning I was surprised that the gain lavender scent was still there and the glad forceflexplus held up as I pulled it out the garbage can I just knew it was going to break like they usually do due to being stuffed and packed full but this product held up to a tough job great product!!

I love the way they stretch as you're putting the trash. I didn't have any issues with the bags ripping and tearing. I was able to stuff these bags to the max. These bags even reduced the number of bags I use this week. From now on I wont be trying any other garbage bags.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bags were very thin. They had a scent to them that I was not a fan of and with a kid still in diapers they didn't really hold out the smell. It was way more noticeable than with our other garbage bags that we typically use that are much thicker and have no embedded scents. So honestly I don't know if I'd actually use these again at least not for actual kitchen garbage, I think I would probably use them just to hold like paper boxes or something but nothing super heavy and definitely nothing stinky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the bags, I liked them except when I tied them up, there is a gap, so you smell the trash. normally I use the tall kitchen with the four corners, I can double tie them. No smell and no mess in my outside trashcan.

The Gain Lavender Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag has a pleasant lavender scent and it strong enough to mask most stinky trash odors. However, I don't need to pay the extra price for a scented bag.
