These bags SMELL AWFUL! The first day you place one in the can, it smells great. But we only have 2 people making garbage so it takes a few days for us to fill the bag. In those few days, a smell starts to fill my kitchen, getting more and more potent over time. Maybe its just me, but the smell is like CAT URINE. We do not own a cat! Do not buy them

I received one sample 13 gallon bag of Glad Forceflexplus in the Lavender scent from pinchme in exchange for my review. I have already been a fan of the Glad brand trash bags and getting an extra one to try was a plus. I tried a few other scented varieties and the Lavender scent is a new favorite. It is also a durable trash bag with good quality.

These bags are leak-free and have a drawstring that makes it easy to tie them. They neutralize odors and they're stretchy. I can fit a lot in each bag.

I stuffed the bag full with a heavy load and didn't have any issues with tearing or ripping. They were easy to use the tie. The odor from the garbage was the same as other garbage bags. I would recommend these for everyday garbage use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] UGH!! As a single working mom with 2 jobs, I am the one person solely responsible for all of the housework for my family home. Washing dirty dishes and ironing laundry are bearable chores; but, I hate taking out the stinky trash! Last week, I'd been using some really cheap bags that tore at the slightest weight and knew I needed better bags. I researched a few tall kitchen bags with scents or deodorizers added and decided to try Glad trash bags. I chose the white Tall Kitchen ForceFlex Plus Drawstring Bags and I wish I had not. The kitchen trash bag drawstrings rip and tear when you try to get the bag out fo the trash can so easily with very little trash weight in them or they twist and turn on your hands (and hurt) when you try to carry them to the bulk trash can outside. I also hate that the bags did NOT neutralize or cover trash odors. I smelled my chicken salad and tuna tartar forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the glad flex lavender trash bags and was very surprised. I have used scented trash bags in the past and they smell for a few days at most. Not only did the bag keep the garbage sent away it left my garage can smelling fresh even after I took the garbage out. The bag didn't leak or break. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and have to be careful about buying unscented and scent-free products because I get terribly sick from synthetic fragrances/chemicals. We picked up this box because like before it said "unscented"—but apparently now there's some "odor shield" added to it that has a very strong perfume-like scent to it. This product is NOT unscented! Just Mom pulling the first one out of the box and waking by me has my lungs burning and a migraine starting. So if you have sensitivities, do NOT buy these!
