The trash bag once I opened the package had a strong aroma of the lavender. However, I noticed that this odor did fade over time. It did not hold back all odors as I tested this in a lidless trash can. I was impressed though with the flexibility and durability of loading a lot of heavy and bulky items into the trash bag. For this I would recommend this product.

It smells so good like a clean fresh batch of laundry. When in use, the scent lasted for days. I throw smelly stuff like eggs, old food, or food caught in the sink. and with these trash bags, I do not notice it. Also, the bag has a great stretch to it and flexibility when it comes to sharp objects. I no longer worry that my garbage will spill out of the bag halfway to the dumpster.

Normally, kitchen bags tend to tear when they stretch, but these really give you a lot of stretch. Not only that, but they hold in the stinkiness of the garbage. I really like that strong odor control they have!

I find that after filling the tall kitchen trash barrel, I am able to put more trash in the bag once removed from the barrel. It really holds a lot without splitting its seams!
