I have had enough pain of trying to use this product. When I near the end of trying to cut off a sheet the wimpy plastic cutting edge glued to the flimsy cardboard top can't get the job done. It takes what should be an easy two hand task and turns it into (a) put the box and roll down, (b) go get the scissors, (c) cut the roll and (d) go put scissors away task

I absolutely love Glad Press'n Seal, however, the packaging and dispensability leave something to be desired. I use this product in a busy kitchen and if the plastic tabs that hold the roll in the box aren't firmly affixed or won't stay in place, you have a terrible time getting it to unroll. The cutting edge on the box is terrible, as well. It barely cuts through the Press'n Seal after a couple uses. I have found that taking the product out of the dispenser box that it comes in and just cutting it with scissors is easier but much more time consuming.

I get grossed out thinking about leftovers but they are inevitable so I take care to prevent food from spoiling or getting moldy. This Glad Press'N Seal is my go to for helping preserve my meals. We just tear off a piece large enough to fit over the food dish and bam, our food is preserved and will stay fresh. I highly recommend this over the store brands. It sticks really well and does not tear unless you try to tear it from the roll.

I love PressNSeal (PNS) for daily use and have used it for years. We are re-doing a bedroom and were at a loss how to properly paint the wall close to the carpet without getting paint on the carpet. I tore 4" strips of PNS and tucked it down into the space between the wall and the carpet (see pics). I overlapped the strips all the way around the room. Two coats of paint later.... beautiful!

I like that it’s strong enough to be stackable, yet it is still very light weight. It sticks and seals very well. It is also microwave safe which is nice to prevent splatter. I think my favorite part is that you can seal it to itself to create bags. I would highly recommend!

Mistakenly purchased this rather than the Glad cling. However, there is a bigger mistake, the Press'n Seal ought not have ever been in the store! Why: It is difficult to pull from the box; difficult to tear on the serrated blade; difficult to apply because it sticks to itself; and too thick to apply over a container and put a lid on top of the Press'n Seal. Product needs to be removed from the market.

The wrap is exceptional, and I love it. BUT, the cutter is terrible. It is impossible for me to get a clean cut, and I therefore end up with a mess. You have got to design a cutter that is easy to use, but makes a clean cut, so that I can get a decent sheet of wrap that hasn't stuck to itself. That's when the Griptex works too well If I can get a clean sheet of wrap, I think it's the greatest invention!

I use the product in a variety of ways whether just sealing a plastic bowl, or covering a piece of fruit directly (as demonstrated in the picture on the packaging. The food stays as fresh as if it had a lid on it and it is super useful for things like serving bowls that can be transferred straight to the fridge rather than having to move products into a separate container. This product was especially useful over Christmas and it was used a great deal in our household. The plastic is strong and does not break easily and remains stuck in place until you remove it (which is again a super easy process) and can easily be reapplied. Press’n Seal ® Home Collection is an extremely useful product that I recommend for any home that likes to save leftovers, or just want a way to keep their food fresh.
