Order sent to wrong address and more confusion

At this point, I'm not sure if Sam's Club is a viable option for delivery for me. Somehow, an order was delivered to the wrong address(been using delivery for over a year at the same location?). Called their help line,who informed me we can reschedule it. Then was transferred to a higher up to be told we couldn't reschedule. We can only reorder and request a refund. Taking 7-10 business days. After 45 minutes total on the call, I was done. Not sure who they have outsourced delivery to,but it's horrendous.

Would not buy again

I love the sticky of the food wrap. Only reason getting two stars. The build quality is bad. They use a plastic cutter instead of metal. Which has started to lose its cutting. The side rollers has come off on one side. Once I get to end of the roll, it is hard to even pull out the wrap anymore. I have to take it out of the box. Will not buy again and go back to regular wraps.

Hate the Way it Cuts

I Love the thickness of the plastic wrap but the way it cuts sucks. Most of the time, the cardboard where the blade gets weakened and it doesn’t cut the plastic properly. They need to invest in using a cutter that you can slide left to right or vice versa
