I absolutely love Glad Press'n Seal, however, the packaging and dispensability leave something to be desired. I use this product in a busy kitchen and if the plastic tabs that hold the roll in the box aren't firmly affixed or won't stay in place, you have a terrible time getting it to unroll. The cutting edge on the box is terrible, as well. It barely cuts through the Press'n Seal after a couple uses. I have found that taking the product out of the dispenser box that it comes in and just cutting it with scissors is easier but much more time consuming.

The dispenser, however, is not excellent. The person that designed the dispenser box has probably never dispensed a roll product from a box. Placing the cutting edge on the floppy cover rather than on the more sturdy bottom portion did not allow the very first piece of a brand new box to cut all of the way through. The product cut near the middle (where I was holding the dispenser). Both edges just bunched in toward the middle where I just pulled harder to stretch and break off a piece. Subsequent attempts met with similarly poor results. I did try inverting the box. Make a better dispenser box.”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really easy to use product. It seals really good and works good for putting away those left overs. Works good on dishes that don't have kids or just wrap the plate. I absolutely love this press and seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrap reminds me of a cross between plastic wrap and wax paper, texture wise. It sticks to itself a little when you're trying to get a piece ready to use. Mine did not tear very easily when I ran it across the built-in device used to cut the wrap. As far as wrapping though, it works great! It folds around the food or dish you're covering very easily, and then sort of sticks to itself creating a bonded edge. It stay in place and stays closed, so I am confident that it will hold up while storing food. Overall, the positives outweighs any negatives, making this a good product that I will definitely use in the future.

This has been my favorite product. However, the last package purchased is sorely disappointing. The wrap split down the center and would only unroll in two strips with a tiny ridge in the center. The package is severely defective as many other reviews indicate. The cutter does not cut the wrap evenly. I will hesitate to purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got about a month ago, I really love using my Glad Pressing Seal its very easy to use and keeps my fruits, veggies and everything in between fresh and seal just rap my fruit specially my avocados and put them in the fridge eat them when I'm ready and ones I open them there fresh not brown or rotten. Good quality and great value.

You don't need "extra" to wrap around the entire bowl/plate....just enough to make sure edges are covered! Plus, it's so much easier to handle! There are so many uses...my favorite (after food wrap) is to line my refridgerator shelves with it...once they become soiled just pull it off and start fresh! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Press’n Seal ® Home Collection is great, I have used it a few times since I have got it, and boy this stuff is amazing. Just take a piece out from the box as big as you need it and place it on whatever you are covering and seal it on, and it actually does stay on. This stuff is great, sometimes you want to cover simple food products quick and easy and this stuff is perfect for that! Very easy to use and put on a food product, definitely will purchase this again. It worth having it in your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't have a lid? No problem. Want to keep your avocado fresh? No problem. No zipper bags? No problem. Glad Press'n Seal has so many uses. My favorite so far has been keeping my avocado fresh, I like eating half an avocado with just some salt and pepper, that leaves the other half which is hard to keep fresh, but Press'n Seal seems to really make a difference, it's almost like it acts as a skin and protects the avocado. It keeps it fresh better than a zipper bag and you can use just the perfect amount so you don't waste any.

As a mother of two young children i look for time saving short cuts. And let me tell you, press and seal even though it may only be a few seconds of a time saver its still a time saver! Its so easy to rip a sheet off and press. Even better is i can do it one handed! It stays tight and keeps my food from getting all weird and smell like other items in the fridge.
