Great product. Actually does seal when you press. Keeps the product inside fresh & deeps the air & germs out. When you consider that you only have to pull off a little bit more than the container, it's really most cost effective than using the celephane wrap that I usually have to double. Finally, something that does what it says

Press’N Seal Cling Plastic Food Wrap does a great job of covering and sealing food, but the overall user experience is frustrating enough that it’s hard to recommend. The biggest issue is the cutting mechanism. Instead of a built-in, sturdy blade, the box comes with a separate plastic strip with jagged edges that’s supposed to stick onto the box. While it works for the first few uses, the adhesive quickly loses its grip. After that, the blade constantly falls off, leaving you trying to reattach it with tape just to tear a sheet. What should be a simple, everyday task turns into a hassle. You end up spending more time fighting with the packaging than actually using the product. For most of the roll, the cutter is unreliable or completely unusable. It’s disappointing because the wrap itself performs well, but the poor design of the cutting system makes the product inconvenient and unnecessarily difficult to use.

Best plastic wrap ever made. Sticks to anything. Easy to dispense. You don't get that sticking together that you get with traditional wrap. You really can cover a bowl with liquid in it and turn upside down without having to worry about it leaking. Amazing stuff.

Great wrap. It is strong and doesn’t tear. It can be pulled apart if sticks together a little. But, will still make a seal from the said stuck area. It adhere’s to any type container — although you do have to make sure the lip of any container is dry. Food products do not spill from the container topped with Press n Seal — if you run your finger around the rim of the container after the film is applied. You can also make your own bag or envelope from Press n Seal, as it seals on itself as well. It can be used to cover (if vented) a dish in the microwave. It can even be used to cover a bandage on an arm or leg — to keep it dry in the shower — do not soak in a bath tub.

This product changed my life! Really. For years had to settle for regular "cling" wrap; what a joke, any condensation on the produce inside the fridge pretty much ruined the seal. This is the ONLY product in the category I will ever buy again. I can wrap a cut onion in it and there is NO air getting into it. I have frequently purchased large packages of cheddar cheese slices, split the package, wrapped half and half of the slices in Press and Seal, and then put in the fridge for weeks without any spoilage/mold. Highly recommended.

This is now the only kind of food wrap that I will buy. It creates an easy seal over the food, unlike other plastic wraps that bunch up and cause frustration. It’s easy to pull out and doesn’t get all stuck to itself and is basically a god-send in the kitchen. We are actually in the process of moving right now and it also works great to keep items in place as you pack - for instance I wrapped it over the top of my silverware organizer to keep everything in its place for easy transport. It has made moving a lot easier!

We have used it to seal paint jars and buckets used when we repair and improve our home. It works great. It will seal and allow for several days, in one case a week between uses and the paint is in pretty much the same condition it was in when poured from the can.

Who gives much thought to a food wrap, Saran Wrap, foil, wax paper and such do the job. Then again all those have drawbacks then I came across Glad Press and Seal. It’s easy to work with and seals securely around the object to be sealed. If you need to adjust the wrap it reseals without issue.

5/20/2020 Glad Press'n Seal Food Plastic Wrap - 140 Square Foot Roll – Recommend! I use this to line the bottom of my refrigerator and freezer, and the turntable in the microwave. It works wonderfully for quick and easy clean ups after spills. I also use it to line my cabinets and for food prep and storage. The Griptex technology is really handy. Thank you Glad.

We became addicted to using this the first time we purchased it. This stuff actually "sticks" and ALWAYS sticks. The cling wrap just isn't reliable all the time and creates too much uncertainty. Glad is reliable and sticks to EVERY surface I've used it on.
