I too had a "NO CASSETTE" message. I noticed that on the underside of the cassette there are five holes in one corner. On two of the three cassettes in the package, one of the holes was partially blocked. I opened the hole and made sure to clear the plastic that I removed. This cleared the error and I printed my label.
