The product is exactly what I ordered, so very good. They arrived at my house via FedEx undamaged, which is a definite improvement to previous shipments that were delivered damaged, or damaged so badly they (FedEx) didn't deliver it at all, so I had to request a refund. Terhe's still something wrong at the local FedEx service however. The delivery person left it at my garage instead of a normal delivery to my front porch, which is my reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5-stars.

This is the first time to mail order this item because, I was afraid the glass bottles would be broken in transit. I was pleasantly surprised! It will not be my last time to order. I love these drinks, and I can no longer drink real coffee, and also no longer drive, The bottles are well packaged and remained unbroken upon delivery to my home! Yes, this drink has many calories, which I DON'T need, and still gives me a little caffeine, which I DO!! I can cope with the calories with exercise, but I cannot cope with a day with NO CAFFEINE!!

ordered 2 cases last month amazing both packaged differently. One had nice cardboard between the 15 bottles. the other just had 12 (not 15) bottles just in a box with no padding. surprised nothing broke. not happy of price jump each time I order it keeps costing me more and each time they are packaged differently

I keep a couple in my refrigerator all the time for those days when I’m rushing to get somewhere, don’t have time to make coffee, but want some caffeine. I find the cold drinks refreshing even in the winter. I take a couple in the ice chest on long drives. I just wish Sam’s would carry the LIGHT flavors like they did several years ago.

Bought a case for my son's visit. He drank it all.Bought 3 more cases and I got two bottles out of those cases. Bought 3 more cases and hid one of them. He was here visiting for five weeks and finally ran out. When packing to go home (20 hours trip driving) I gave him the hidden case,much to his delight.Thanks Starbucks for the Superior drink and making Mom a hero.

I love those drinks I just wish that they were the 13.7 oz instead of the 9.5 if I could get a Case of 15 that size I would be happy I know that they would cost a bit more than the smaller ones but that's what I started drinking before I started buying them from Sam's club

I am not writing this review ABOUT the product ( Frapppacino or the Potato Chips) but about the Walmart Pick Up Service which is great WHEN it works. I give the PICK UP SEVICE FIVE STARS WHEN IT WORKS . I have uses it four times. The first order was in MD and Walmart sent me to store that was not one of the two that was closest to me. Since two of the items that I ordered were not in stock, Walmart sent me the Prego Sauce and the rubber gloves in Separate FEDEX Deliveries. AAA PLUS FOR EFFORT!!! The next two Pick Up Orders in FL went great. The nent order in FL was not good. The Pick Up Walmart that they gave me was in Fort Myers not the Walmart close to me in Naples. I would be crazy to get on US 75 to drive round trip to Fort Myers to get my order. I tried to change to the Naples store but I had no luck so I canceled my order. I then went to my local Walmart at Davis Blvd and RT 41 and bought the items that I needed. For some reason, I could not cancel the Frappuccino or Potato Chips, and they were sent to me by FEDEX !!! Again, AAA fo effort. It only makes sense for me to use Walmart Pick Up Service if the Store is close to me. I understand that in MD the Closest Walmart does not have a physical space to use for pick up. The Walmart that I use in FL is great with a nice large sWOpace for pick up. In summary, I love the Pick Up Service when it works and when it uses a Walmart that is close to me.

The packaging was excellent it would have been really hard to break those bottles is very Stout the only thing I dislike I thought the price was a little high but the way you packaged it that must have been very expensive so that's okay the only thing was the price really otherwise everything else was great cool

Great product, however watch the caps. Make sure to check every cap to ensure they are sealed. I had one that wasn't. Thought my child opened it. Nope. I drank it, and I'm sure you can imagine the rest of my day! 🤢 I found another in the case and tossed it out. Stay healthy!

Starbucks Frappuccino mocha is my favorite drink. But shipping may sometimes be a problem because it is in glass bottles. It most often arrives intact. But when bottles get broken it is a real mess - ,sticky broken glass and soggy cardboard. Although ordering many times the boxes are never marked FRAGILE. GLASS . I believe this may help. Also if I could buy the case quantity in the local store it would be better.
