Had found these in smaller containers at another store and was thrilled to find them on-line at Sam's. These dried hash browns are versatile and quick to prepare . . Ideal for making an egg bake.

These are great hashbrowns, but buyer beware. The last box I received was stale and rancid

Love to have for soup

This has absolutely no taste and you need to fry it very crispy to remove all the water after you re-hydrate. It has to be doctored with just more than salt and pepper. I was going to eat with ketchup but that didn't help much. Maybe a pound of cheese per box would do the trick. I don't believe I would buy it again. I understand it is convenient but next time I'll buy frozen hash-browns.
