I have used these hash browns for a couple of years and think they are great and no more expensive than the frozen ones. They don't take a lot of space and are easy and fast to fix. They were here within a couple days after I ordered them.

Love this product! Easy to use. Simply use equal parts warm water (or stock) and dried potatoes. I like to add a little salt while hydrating for added flavor when making potato casserole.

This is a good product but when using in a recipe, this kind has to have more liquid than the frozen hash brown potatoes. It is just something that I have to remember when cooking. That is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

These are really good! We follow the directions of letting them soak for 12 minutes, drain and then throw them on the griddle. Helps if you cooked bacon beforehand on the griddle.

This is just the greatest product. Stores easily and tastes just like shredded potatoes. Ready in about 10 - 12 minutes. We cannot tell the difference between fresh potatoes and these.

Dehydrated. Better than frozen. Hard to find in other stores. Only drawback is large packaging. Wish they were in smaller boxes. I just store them in air tight container after opening.

To be fair, we are getting ready to move, so I haven't opened the container yet. However! They arrived quickly & packed well. I am looking forward to using them in a few weeks once we get settled (or earlier if I need a shortcut!).

Repeating this purchase, must have, super delicious, thick, & like homemade potatoes. I’ll never go back to all the trouble & work of cooking real potatoes again. We love these instant flakes.

These shelf stable dehydrated hash browns are PERFECTION! After rehydrating with hot water, they cook up exactly like a fresh or frozen shredded potato. They taste delicious and we keep them in our pantry for no hassle breakfast/brunches.

I just tried this on a whim and was nicely surprised how good they are. So easy to make any amount you want. Taste just as good as either frozen or fresh.
