Yes I would buy this product again !

We have pets and also an AirBnB rental so I needed something robust!  This unit fit the bill perfectly and has performed beyond what I expected.

Bissell carpet cleaner

I used it for my carpet and to wash my dining room chairs and I really am very surprised at how it works!

Great machine.  Cleans great; picked up a spot I didn't know I had until day I cleaned.  All my carpets look new.

Best steam cleaner.  Beats a rental

Bought this three weeks ago, was cleaning hallway and dining room, went through three gallons of water but only got 1/4 gallon out it took three days for the carpet to dry out, no suction what so ever. Called Bissel and spent two hours on the phone, they were going to e-mail a return label so I could cut off the cord and send it back they would send me a new one. Two weeks go by, no e-mail, I returned it to Sams . Really a zero star rating.

Terrible product

I have used home carpet cleaning machines in the past and also have Bissell portable cleaners, which i love. So when I needed to clean the whole room I purchased this machine. This machine is so much easier to use than my previous one. Heavily soiled areas benefited by going over twice, especially once the cleaning solution had been on carpet for awhile and had began to really breakup the soil.  The clean out tool that comes with it was very handy in removing lint and hair from the brushes before putting it away for storage. I can easily maintain my carpets now and avoid having a professional come in to clean.
