Gets the job done nicely. Smells something burning inside when vaccuming and leaks the dirty water when dirty water tank is removed and being kept away.

Amazingly lightweight and very powerful! Highly recommend the Bissell cleaning supplies that are included (they were in mine) with the unit! My carpets looked brand spanking new when I finished the job.

This carpet cleaner works better than any commercial one I have ever rented, easy to follow directions and the light weight machine makes it easy to use. I wish I would have bought this years ago.
