We have had very bad stains in high traffic areas, and have had a couple of professional cleaners who have failed to do much with the stain. I did have to go over the stains several times with the cleaner, but the 2X did a great job, and better than the professionals!

I have used this maybe 6 times since I bought it 13 months ago. It's been leaking a smidge from one of the filters clogging, which was tolerable. The wheel just broke off as I prepare to adopt new fur babies. There are no replacement wheels available on this site... I'm disappointed.

We used it on all of our carpets and the unit even found dog fur after we had used our vacuum. We like the easy fill and the way the parts remove for cleaning. I enjoyed it so much for carpet that I purchased the bare floor attachment which we also find very effective.

After a lot of researching,I chose this carpet cleaner based off the reviews. I was less than thrilled with it. Had to stop every few minutes to clean the suction tube, still didn't pick up any of the water. Tried all possible fixes, but left the carpet soaked and smelling worse than when I started. Very disappointed with the product and definitely would not recommend

First, I want to say how impressed I am with this company! I did not get one of the samples of cleaner in the box when I purchased the cleaner. I emailed customer service and received a response the same day offering to send me the sample! I have a lab who is terrible at potty training. We have light carpet which turned to spots EVERYWHERE! One use on deep clean in the living room and it looked like I had brand new carpet! Every stain spot was removed from the carpet and it was fluffed back up like fresh carpet!

When using hose and furniture or stair utensils, you must constantly move the Bissell or risk leaving scrub marks on your carpet as the rotating brush cannot be raised to not make floor or carpet contact when not using to clean....Engineers did not think this through..Needs a brush lowering/raising option...previous clearners I have owned all had that feature.

At first i loved this machine but after a few months it started leaking. I read all Bissells trouble shooting and it still leaks. On dirty water tank i still cant unscrew the top to clean it. And now the flat belt broke. For me ( 63 yr old women with arthritis ) it was very difficult to get the cover off to replace it. Getting the smaller belts back on was a big headache. I really love Bissell products and customer service treated me right. But i would not recommend it. On the plus side it has great suction. I may be still under warranty but I will chose a different model.

This is by far the nicest carpet cleaner I've ever used. Having 2 little kids running around with snacks and spilling drink I never thought the carpet would come out clean! I put the pre stain down and good gosh the carpet looks brand new again I'm in complete shock. I've used other carpet cleaners on this carpet before and had to scrub the spots and still would never come out! I used it 5 mins after bringing it home and I would recommend this to anyone! Getting new furniture tomorrow and it will look good with clean carpet lol. Highly recommend!

I had a Bissell cleaner before and loved it. It stopped working. I rented a cleaner from the store and it didn't clean the pet stains.I saw the Revolution ad on TV and thought it was a great deal. I ordered one and used it the same day it arrived. It got out the stains the rental left behind. I do need to go over them again because there is still a faint stain. But it looks a lot better than before. Would recommend this to everyone. Another pro is that it is a lot lighter than the original Bissell I had and it has more cleaning brushes

Bought it a month ago and used it for the first time this past weekend. Love the results. My carpet came out looking like new. Used the deep clean shampoo and the whole house smelled good. Carpet didn't have any residue after, just fluffy. It even cleaned out a glue stain that my son left the first week we moved in to our brand new house which was 2.5 years ago. It also picked up a lot of hair that my Dyson couldn't do. We have two German Shepherds and as everyone knows, they shed a lot. I've read many reviews regarding leaks, yes it did but it was because I spilled a little water while filling the tank. Didn't leak on the next fill since I made sure not to spill. Overall, love my Bissell and very happy with it. Just one thing, why are there so many color variations? I see Yellow, Blue, and Red. I have the Red one. Anyhow, Thank you Bissell, you do not disappoint.
