Good product. Quality Lever bros has the best body soap, nothing comes close. Sams has the best price by far. Don't take my word. Try it. No residual and I actually use it as shaving foam in the shower.

I buy these because where could you get 16 bars of soap so reasonably priced that are hypoallergenic, and sensitive to skin! About 50¢ a bar great buy!

My original review submission was "moderated" by Sam's Club because it was too short. IMO, other than the new packaging without the cardboard box, and the curved bar shape, not a lot different in terms of cleaning quality or scent. Sure, the new formula does not say "hydrated", and it's now made in Mexico instead of the U.S., it's the best deal anywhere for a national branded soap from Sam's Club. Biggest plus for me is the new bars seem to last TWICE as long because I don't like small soap bars. Winner!

This is my least favorite bar soap. It smells too much like men's cologne. I wish it was more gender neutral as I don't want to smell like my husband. Also, the bar gets used quickly and leaves a residue. Others are worth the extra money.

Okay so nothing Dam's did but Lever 2000 used to smell really great latest package is almost unscented, wrap was in a box & now packaged in thin wrapper, Bar shape was a nice curved/rounded but is now a solid plain brick bar. The product has completely changed, not at all what I expected

The new version is terrible. It doesn?t suds up and it doesn?t stick to the wash cloth. I have used Lever 2000 for 15 years. I never had a problem with the old formula. It was consistent. It was easy on the skin. It was great. Can I have the real Lever 2000 in the box back. PLEASE!!!!!!!

I purchased the "New Look" version of Lever 2000 and STRONGLY DISLIKE both the new look and especially the new formula that clearly has been introduced. I returned the "New Look" version and am currently trying to find as much of the original formula and Lever 2000 look that I can find. I am hoping that if enough people complain about the new Lever 2000 formula (and look) that Unilever will go back to their original look and formula that everyone loved and had been using for years. If I can't find any more of the original bars anywhere, I will be looking for an entirely new bath bar to use and Unilever will have lost a loyal customer.

This use to be the best bath soap but not any more. About 3 weeks ago I about this soap and it had on the wrap "New Look". This soap is horrible. It doesn't even lather anymore, it is like it is made up of some kind of dry powder. You will waste your money. I am thinking there must have been some horrible mistake made and it may be even harmful to your skin. If they made that big of a mistake they could have made another. DONT BUY.

So disappointed! We used to use Lever 2000 for years and although the newer ?look? basically boils down to a smaller bar, I can live with that. The part I can?t live with is an obvious new, and cheap, formula. The old formula used to lather up SO nicely! I could load my wash rag and there were enough duds to clean my whole body. Now I have to reload my rag 3-4 times to feel like I?m getting somewhat clean. Such a disappointment, Unilever!!

Lever has changed more than its "look". The bar soap isn't the same. I've used Lever Original for many years. This purportedly "new look" soap formula has also changed. It is compressed and doesn't suds up on a wet washcloth. I don't like it and won't be buying it again.
