I use this in the shower as a body cleanser. I started using bar soap as opposed to body wash because I felt like I was wasting product each time I poured some out. I'm not a fan of scented soap to begin with so this was a saviour to me. It lathers very well, cleans effectively and doesn't irritate my skin. This soap is very inexpensive, and I don't care for the packaging enough to go into detail, it comes in a box. With that being said, I'll be using this for a long time.

I've used this soap forever and don't have any complaints really. Only con I have is it can be drying to my skin during winter time otherwise it is great. My favorite smell is this one and it cleans great. Best thing that works on my husbands hands after work too. 

In the last couple of years, the quality has declined greatly. It barely lathers; when the bar is about half used, there is no lather at all & barely a hint of anything that will clean you. I end up throwing out the last half or last third of the bar. It's quite drying; no longer any evidence of 1/4 moisturizing cream. The smell is very unappealing. Several months ago, the size was reduced by .25 oz. for the same price. I really liked its predecessor - Dove Fragrance Free; the masking fragrance was light & clean smelling, the lather was luxurious, & it moisturized. Can't you make this again?

This is such a great product especially for females who need a soap that doesn't irritate the downstairs department! It lathers extremely easily, the ingredients never irritate me and i have extremely sensitive skin. There is no scent and the packaging is cute and easy to open. This is probs my fave soap out there as of right now.

I've been using this product for 3 years now, it helps moisturize my body and works miracles. Additionally, the price is amazing. Dove soap is smooth, smells great, and make my skin feel soft and moisturized. Its gentle on skin while striping away dirt. I use it daily in the shower and for hand washing. Dove is a very good soap. It makes your skin feel super soft and clean. This is one of the soaps that doesn't give me an allergic reaction after using. great price.

I have very sensitive skin and Dove is the only soap i can use. I actually liked the original version better than this. This wasn't bad it just didn't make my skin feel as great and fresh as the original did. But for those with sensitive skin it can't hurt.

I absolutely love dove bar soap for my showers. My skin sometimes gets dry so I have to switch between bars but they make so many for all skin types. The smell alone makes you feel clean. The price is really good for what your getting. Most products are higher in value but lower in quality.

I have used Dove soap for over 40 years, and was always happy with the results. I would even bring a bar with me when traveling so that I wouldn't have to irritate my skin with unfamiliar ingredients and scents. The new formula is just terrible. Not only does the soap have a terrible scent, it lasts for about half the number of showers that it used to. This is just yet one more example of a corporation trying to cut costs and increase profits by changing the ingredients and formula on a decades old product, and passing off the new product as the original, hoping that the average consumer would be none the wiser. Well, I can see from a large number or review on this site that the consumer is paying attention. Is Unilever paying attention to us? That was the last bar of Dove soap that I will ever buy, unless Unilever reverts to the original formula and has an advertising campaign touting their return their origins. Many of us can remember when Coca-Cola came out with New Coke, and the fiasco that was. At least they had the decency to not try to pass off the new formulation as the old, and gas light the public. It wasn't very long before they were forced to launch Coka-Cola Classic or risk losing market share to their competitors. At one point Dove soap had a nearly 25% market share, and was the third largest brand for Unilever. Too bad they brought in the wrong management team. I understand that a corporations fiduciary responsibility is to the share holders, of which I am one, but they also must understand when the actions they take risk brand reputation and reduce market share. You made a mistake, own up to it, and be better
