I have been buying this soap for years! Last week, I bought a pack of soda and it had this weird chemical smell. I returned it and bought a new pack. Well, it has the same smell. I ordered some to be delivered from a different store as I did not have time to go back to the store and it has the same smell. What is going on with this? It has a very strong chemical smell and is giving me the worst headache. I will be returning this as I buy fragrance free due to fragrance issues. I will now be on the search for a new soap! Guess they have changed the formulation which is causing these issues.

The texture and ingredients are smooth and soft and not gritty or leave a phlegm on your skin like some other soaps. As soon as you add water to your soap it creates a good lather for your net or rag to use on your body. I would definitely use this all the time.

I tried this after shaving and this was two days ago… still no ingrown hairs!! My skin feels soft and I haven't had any itching or weird reactions. Super grateful for this soap right now.

The packaging is not wasteful and is easy to open. Ingredients are straight forward . The soap cleans well but not necessarily something I would get again compared to other Dove products

I LOVE DOVE! the beauty bar has a very pleasant almost neutral scent. It suds easily creating big beautiful silky bubbles. My skin always feels So soft and is so clean after I use it!
