I use this body wash every day and it doesn’t dry out my skin like other body washes. Great for those with dry sensitive skin. There aren’t excess fragrances that irritate my skin. The packaging allows you to stand the bottle up on its head so you can get every last drop. Great for the price.

I know I'm going to be a contrarian on this one based on the reviews I've read, but I LOVE the reformulation of this beauty bar. I absolutely LOVE how clean it rinses off now (I feel like it didn't before) and I love the fact that you're left with NO smell whatsoever (I did before). Also, I think it's creamier now so and it suds up beautifully. It's a 10 for this perimenopausal woman with freakishly sensitive skin that won't let me use just about anything else. Thank you Dove!!

I so much love the fact it makes me feel so soft and clean, but you definitely RUINED the product with the smell. I'm allergic to smells and products like this make my sensitive areas darker! Is not that it smells bad, but there are lots of people that have to deal so much with finding a product without any smell at all!! You guys already have many products that smell so good! But this was meant for no smell! PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO US!

I love Dove bar soaps! I have tried all of the Dove brand available at stores and It’s really good and gently on my skin. It’s moisturizing smells good and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. Dove bar soap is one of my bathroom must haves and it’s gentle enough to use as a face wash. I always wash my face and body with this in the shower. I highly recommend this I love that it does strip your skin. I’ve been using Dove bar soap for years!

I have been using this soap since 2021. This is the only soap I have been able to year the last four years. The new formulation causing extreme burning and irritation. I had to go to urgent care because my private parts were on fire. I have been to the doctor three times because of this. They are still not back to normal. Reading through the reviews, it seems a lot of your customers agree. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with this formula change. Now I have no clue what soap I will be able as majority of soaps I have tried irritate my sensitive skin. Do better Unilever. You guys always tend to ruin good products that don’t need fixing. You did the same thing ruining the Simple Micellar Water skincare line back in 2020!!!!

One day I started getting break outs and didn’t understand why. I blamed it on the biotin in the Hair Skin and Nails gummies that I was taking and I do think it played a part but I was getting body acne before that. I ended up switching to dove sensitive and the acne left. I had one more Dove white Beauty bar left and two times after using is... guess what? Body acne. Yes sensitive doesn’t have a smell but to be that’s great because I spray perfume on my clothes anyway. Any problems with skin? Just switch to sensitive you will thank me later.

This rating used to be 5 stars but like SO many others I have been a long time customer of this product, using it and LOVING IT for literally all of my adult life. Sometime within the last year I opened a new package and immediately started suffocating due to how unpleasantly bad and drastically different it smelled, like a rotten crayon. I assumed it was a spoiled batch but had the same problem no matter where I tried to buy it. The worst part is it does not clean me properly anymore and my hygiene and body odor has suffered greatly and is becoming a huge problem in my life now. Body odor has literally never been an issue for me due to the old sensitive skin bar working so effectively but now I can't wash properly because the new bar is so SLIMY it doesn't even rinse off easily. Thankfully I found the remains of an almost finished bar from the old formula and there is a night and day difference between the smell and quality. I have been hanging onto it for dear life, even though I just have the tiniest speck of it left I would rather use that than the new bars, and it's temporarily restoring my hygiene again. DOVE PLEASE FIX THIS or you will permanently lose me as a lifelong customer. I feel like a sim who can't bring my hygiene bar out of the red because of how bad this soap is now. In these dystopian times we are living in, the LEAST we deserve is a SOAP THAT WORKS that we already had for so many years!!! You are punishing loyal customers who have paid you so much money over so much time and this is just not okay.

I have been using the sensitive skin soap for about 3 years with great results. I bought a new pack recently and it smells like glue. It has cause my face, neck, chest and back to break out so bad I even have acne behind my ears at the moment. I bought another pack of soap today hoping that I just got a bad batch and it smells bad also, so I will not be using the soap. Something has definitely went terribly wrong with the soap!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar is perfect for my little guy. It's actually great for anyone, but has been a real skin saver for him especially. He has very sensitive skin that reacts to anything with fragrance. In the winter his skin dries out so bad. The Dove Sensitive Skin beauty bar is fragrance free and has the 1/4 added moisture for his dry skin. He doesn't have any reactions to this soap at all, and I can see visible improvement in his skin. Perhaps Dove soap bars need Use By dates. The Dove I recently opened is no longer exactly a bar of soap with moisturizing lotion, but two separate elements. The moisturizing lotion is oozing out and making rather a mess. I got a larger soap dish to put it in so the lotion would not make its mess on the counter. The soap is still ok, but it sits in a lake of gooey lotion.
