I love the fresh scent this soap USED to have. Dove has unethically changed the fragrance of this soap, as well as their other cool essentials products, without making any mention of it on the packaging. They are passing it off as the same product, and it most definitely is not. The fragrance is overpowering and hard on a sensitive head.

Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar is something I’ve used for years and haven’t found any other soap remotely close to it. It is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic and pH balanced, with no parabens or sulfate cleansers. I use it on my body in the shower but I haven’t tried it on my face. I love the smell of this soap so much. It’s just as gentle as the original bar so I toggle between this one and that one. This one though is a really relaxing calming smell. It doesn’t make your skin feel right or dry either. It’s really a good bar soap all around.
