DISASTER in this product

First off I only purchase and use Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil. Regular, Non-Stick and Heavy Duty - never had this kind of situation. I think it was a production issue - but can see the new box when opened is a complete loss and have to toss it away. No matter how much I cut or try to separate the foil it won't work but just comes off in pieces.
