The VST™ Vertical Storage Technology allows you to save up to 70% of space in your garage or shed. You’ll get easy starting with Briggs & Stratton’s ReadyStart® starting system–no prime or choke, guaranteed to start in one pull every time. 

Easy Maintenance

this engine never needs an oil change with Briggs & Stratton’s Just Check & Add™ technology. Simply add oil if it’s low. The self-propelled drive is essential for yards with hills and slopes of all degrees to maintain a consistent cut and is safer by providing more control during operation. This mower features a durable 22” steel deck with the convenience of a single lever that adjusts the deck height of all four wheels together. You’ll have three options to convert to quickly and easily without tools: rear-bag capture of clippings–side discharge or mulching, choose the best option for your type of grass to keep your lawn looking beautiful all season long. The 12” rear and 8” front wheels are PVC-wrapped for durability and roll easily over all terrain. The handle can fold in the middle with the quick-turn knobs for more compact storage when needed. New mower

Mower is great. Starts with one easy pull. It's going to make mowing easier. Only difficulty was manufacturer's assembly instructions were printed very tiny and with insufficient explanation or sketches so I had to go to utube for a video.

Great minus a few minor details

It came pretty-much all set up as the handle is awesome, allowing for quick storage, just as advertised. It started right up and continues to, cuts great and moves along at a suitable speed. I wish the propeller handle was rounded at the sides, for faster slowing down and speeding up (at the end of "lanes", etc). I also wish the lower part of the handle loosened like the top). Overall, would recommend.

Good mower, with one self-applied fix

I saw this mower on sale for $249, and decided to upgrade my old (15+ year old) mower. First time out of the box, works like a charm. Second time, as others have reported, self-propelled feature struggles. Third time, self-propelled feature fails. Made me frustrated... so I started messing around and figured out that the reason that the self-propelled feature started to fail - was that the engage-cable was too loose. I picked up a few strong zip-ties, and came up with a fix. Works like a charm. (see photo I posted) (Next up, I'll likely get a U-clamp plus plate to permanently put a little more tension on the drive-engage cable. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. And not having to push my new mower. 4/5 stars (I'd have given 5/5 if I didn't have to "fix" the cable.)
