I have purchased all my tires fromn Sam's for several years. The Tire installation package is a NO Brainer. They fix your tires if you get a flat, rebalance them if needed. Everything you would expect from Sam's Club

Saqm's Club Tire Installation Package

Good price on tires and installation.  Spoke with dealer handling the same brand and stock tire and was told that their wholesale payment for the tires would be more than my retail purchase. Warranty, rotation and balance is great.  Only problem (not Sam's fault) is government restriction on rotating, balancing and servicing tires after they are 6 years old. May be a lifetime warranty, but the law says 6 year life.

Tires and service good for 6 years

Just got a set of Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2 tires (235/65R17) installed on my 2024 Kia Carnival at Sam's Club, and I'm seriously impressed. First off, the pricing and the current promotion were awesome—ended up saving me $100 right off the bat. The installation process at Sam's was incredibly fast and smooth, too.
As for the ride, the difference between these and the factory Nexen tires is night and day. The traction is amazing and they handle beautifully. You can literally feel the jump in quality the second you drive off the lot. Highly recommend these if you need a solid upgrade for your vehicle.

5 Star tires!

I was very disappointed with Sam's Club refusal to honor my six-year warranty on my purchase to replace previous tire also purchased from Sam's Club....citing that Sam's Club has changed their warranty length since I purchased my tires. According to my warranty I should have had a year left and I was way under the mileage limit. Never received any notice that Sam's club was invalidating warranties received prior to their decisions to make changes.

Drastic Changes Make Poor Customer Service

The center of the rim was not replaced. The "H" that is in the center of the tire was not put back in place after installation. The spare tire was not properly stowed in its designated place.  This is not something that my husband nor I are able to do on our own.  Just placing the spare tire in the back of the vehicle was not appropriate nor appreciated.

Installation was not as expected.

I started with a slow leak in the tire that led to a new tire based on the. Word of the Tech.  The experience was horrible from start to finish.  I showed up at my appt time to be told my appt was at another time very rudely.  I returned and waited an hour to find out it was not fixable.  Another hour later I had a new tire.  When I started the truck I found the tire pressure Elbert on the dash was lit so I walked all the way back in to be given an attitude again that I needed to drive it around to get the tire monitor to reset.  Well it reset to 35 lbs, the truck calls for 39 psi so I went to WAWA up the street and filled it myself because I was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen.  The tire is out of balance as I found on a road trip ( no worries, I will pay extra any where else other than Sam’s club to get it right).  On top of all of this they also damaged my rim with the tire machine.  If a manager from Sam’s would like to reach out please feel free.

Horrible service, you should be ashamed

They sent me on my way & the tires weren’t balanced right. I had to wait with fresh steaks while they fix them. When I got up the next morning one tire was flat. A friend fixed it. The valve was not tight. Now my sensors are out. Terrible customer service & inexperienced installers. Will never be back.

Terrible installation

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Poor tire installation.

Very disappointed on the Installation of the tires. A few days after I got the tires installed I noticed that all 4 tires still had the old weights on them, 2 of the tires had the old weights and just a random 1/2 oz weight stuck on. I own my own tire machine and balancer machine, I proceeded to take the tires off and check them for balance and they were all off considerably. When I got to the drivers front tire I realized they installed a wrong side tire on that wheel. I took the vehicle back to the Sam's club and told them what was wrong and also told them they never balanced the tires, I told them I never removed the drivers front tire so before they removed it from the rim, put it on the balancer machine and prove to me that they it was balanced, they refused. I told them to make sure to balance the new replacement tire. When they gave the vehicle back to me I looked and still all the old weights were still on it. I took the car and to prove that my tire balancer wasn't correct I paid to get it balanced at a shop, the tire was off 2.0 and 1.25 ozs inside and outside. Tremendously disappointed with your shop. I would like to talk to a customer support representative.

Poor quality work

Tires were installed in a hurry, I drove away from the shop & my low light turned on less than a quarter mile away! I drove back to the shop, but didn't quite make it because the tire went completely flat. I tried calling the shop & no one answered. I tried again & my call went to 800 center. I explained what happened & they gave me the number to call for a tow truck, which took about 2 hours to get there. In the meantime, a gentleman stopped & changed my tire, so I was able to drive back to the shop.
