Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Mac and Cheese, Frozen (2 pk.)

Do you remember those school cafeteria days, when the kitchen associates over-boiled vegetables and made them flavorless? If so, our Cauliflower Mac & Cheese will certainly leave those bland memories and unsavory experiences far behind in your review mirror! The Tattooed Chef has done it again with this innovative side dish that is sure to please nearly every palate in your household.

A New Kind of Mac & Cheese

First, fresh florets that are harvested at their peak of ripeness are cut into a variety of sizes. These are topped with a rich cheddar cheese blend, perfectly complementing the delicate texture of the cauliflower itself. This Cauliflower Mac & Cheese contains zero traditional, flour-based pasta. Instead of high carbohydrate noodles, each serving is equal to a 1/2 cup of vegetables.

This is the perfect side dish for anyone wanting to enjoy Mac & Cheese memories from childhood, without the guilt. Believe it or not, this delectable tray of plant-based goodness only has eight grams of fat per serving. Try it as a side dish and pair it with chicken breast, pork, steak (or a meal in itself). Your kids will have no idea that they are getting a serving of wholesome vegetables in each bowl. And, now it's Gluten Free!
