Preparation Instructions

Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove lid. Bend slightly in middle and keep for use during second part of cooking.
  3. Place frozen tray on baking sheet on center rack of preheated oven.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove tray from oven. Replace lid on tray, so it is elevated over lasagna.
  6. Bake for an additional 1 hour, 48 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove tray from oven. Let stand 15 minutes to complete cooking before serving.

After my 3rd stroke I needed to buy food that I just heat and eat. While I truly loved to cook, my hands just won't cooperate. This has become a staple for me, when I'm feeling adventurous, I add some mushrooms, sliced black olives, and EXTRA CHEESE! Note, lesson I learned, put aluminum foil under the pan larger than the pan because cheese will melt over and you don't want to have burnt cheese all over your oven. Bon appetite!

This Lasagna was purchase because we were trying to find ways to save time and purchase a frozen Lasagna that was of good quality, packed with a balanced amount of ingredients and not packed with pasta or running with tomato filled juices.
