Easy, convenient and tasty
I love this stuff! A tablespoon or so in most recipes and it's delicious. It's easy if you need a little onion but you don't want to chop half an onion or a quarter of one. It's much more tasty than the minced dried onions or onion powder! Or if you don't have a lot of onions, chop what you have and add a little of this.
