I love this stuff! A tablespoon or so in most recipes and it's delicious. It's easy if you need a little onion but you don't want to chop half an onion or a quarter of one. It's much more tasty than the minced dried onions or onion powder! Or if you don't have a lot of onions, chop what you have and add a little of this.

I add this to my home made bagels and sourdough breads! The flavor is awesome and they look and taste just like fresh sautéed onions

Does not taste good, does not cook good. Taste terrible.
