the fitting to attach the hose for water is extremely poorly designed, it has almost no material and has to support a hose, and movement.  The first one I got was actually broken off and missing. The replacement was still attached, but cracked and leaking. If this were improved, would be a great unit at a great price. But with this flaw, it is totally useless.

serious design flaw

Opened to put together and the entire handle assembly was missing. Called and they are sending in 5-7 business days. Needed to use and #5 the water hose port broke in half on first use - about 30 min of using for the first time.

Will Be Returning

I bought this pressure washer on September 2022. Only the third time I used it and today while using it the water inlet to the water pump broke (cast iron). After I read these reviews it seems like this part is very weak and breaks a lot.
Runs well, good pressure but after only three uses the pressure washer is now useless.

Poor design.  The bolts holding the handle together fall out with vibration.  The handle pulls off and my unit fell backwards as a result, breaking off the piece that hooks onto the hose, which should be stronger than that.  No longer usable.  I used it twice, owned less than 2 months.  Now useless.

It's a bad design with the way the water inlet is placed. Off it tips b back it'll break the water inlet off. I'm kinda not happy this doesn't fall under warranty. I promise, I'll never buy another Simpson product because of this.

Not worth the money

The temperature relief valve leaked during first use, purchased one myself your company should have sent me a replacement I should not have had to buy one.

I purchased the power washer to clean my driveway and patio, as well as clean other items such as my grill.  The washer makes the work easy and effortless.  My only regret is that I waited to buy it.

Makes Cleaning Easy & Thorough

Broke on the first day of use and is being fixed under warranty. It’s been close to 3 weeks now with no repair date in site
