Great experience for 1st time vending
Positives: Easy to learn for a first-time vending owner/operator. I've called customer service 3 times. Twice with the credit card reader company and once for the PayRange device company. Both times they stayed on the line with me until all questions answered and the machine was up and running. The credit card reader is a must-have. The online data-tracking system makes monitoring the device super simple and you're never left wondering how the machine is doing. Sales so far for our airline travelers show 35% credit sales, 65% cash sales. Negative: Not the fault of the vending manufacturer at all, but the description on Sam's Club does not tell you that 4 of the drink selections MUST be 12 oz cans. They are in a high-capacity magazine and this allows the most amount of beverage to fit inside. The other 5 selections are fed by coil system so you can put varied sizes in, but fit less quantity. Before receiving the Owner's manual and finding this out, I had planned to put all plastic bottles inside. Operated the vending machine for 2 months now with no breakdowns.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review from when you originally purchased. We appreciate you doing so. Please call us anytime at 800-323-8793 if we can help you. Thank you.
Best combination machine for our needs
We did a ton of research and landed on this Selectivend Advantage Plus unit. It's the perfect size and saves us a ton of space over two separate machines. Opted for the cash only version but might upgrade to a credit card reader down the road. Delivery went smooth and it we were able to get up and running pretty quickly.
Hi Pritesh, we appreciate you taking time to submit a review. The Advantage Plus Combo Vending Machine is a very popular machine as it allows you to offer drinks and snacks from one machine and not take up so much space, compared to two separate machines as you pointed out. It also allows you to vend a wide variety of cans and bottles that come in different shapes and sizes, such as energy drinks or even some of the healthy drinks that come in square shaped containers. Your business is greatly appreciated and we Thank You for choosing Sam's Club and Selectivend for your vending needs. We have partnered with Sam's Club for over 30 years to provide quality vending solutions to their members, and we look forward to being of service to you for years to come as well. Please call us 800-323-8793 whenever you need us. Thank you.

Great Machine
I bought this machine over a month ago from Sam's Club. The white glove delivery was fantastic. The machine runs well. Doesn't hold a ton load of product as compared to an all snack or all drink machine. Still its capacity is quite substantial. The credit card reader was installed after the fact but customer service from the actual manufacturer of the unit was courteous and on point. Will definitely purchase again, so far a very good expereince.
It has been some time since you purchased, but we trust all is well and we appreciate your original feedback. We're here to help, so please call us anytime at 800-323-8793. Thank you.
