So far so good. Have only had tv for a couple of weeks. We are not tech people so need simplicity for setting up. My grandson did most of it. We are still figuring out a few functions. We are purchasing a soundbar as it appears we need this for some channels. The TV often asks us to sign in to a Samsung account. We have been able to bypass this but I will probably set up an account soon. The picture quality is very good for us. I know there are higher grades for picture quality, buy we are very satisfied with our picture quality. We still have cable TV along with many streaming apps. Sometimes we have to manage to get back into Spectrum cable. All in all we are very pleased with this purchase and at such a great price. Was delivered in tact and on time as was given.

Good purchase

Overall, a great TV and value.  It has clear clean image and does a great job streaming.  Additional if I do have any problems with the unit there a 3-year warranty to help address future problems.  Overall, greatly enjoy the TV and can't wait to next year football season.

Samsung 65" Class CU7000

Wanted to get two or three at this price point. Great picture and simple to connect or hang to a wall mount and surround system.

Big Screen View

Easy set up, excellent picture quality you expect from Samsung. Bought one for my mother in law as a present, my wife liked it so much I had to buy another one for us the next day.

Wife wanted one.

We just finished a new build and decked out the house with X2 43'', 55'', X2 65'', 75'' 
Great TV's for everyday use. Works great with the "Smart Things" app. When our daughter falls asleep with the tv on, we don't need to try and go find a remote to turn it off, just simply turn off from the app, without having to go into the room at all.

Samsung Canada

Wanted a larger TV for my bedroom,  so settled on this 65". Should have gotten a 75", because once out of the box, it did not see that large...more like a 55".

To 65" or not

This was an amazing deal. $428 is crazy cheap for a 65" TV with a 3 year parts and labor in home warranty! Great picture.THANK YOU SAM'S CLUB!!!

The TV freezes on occasion and will not allow you to exit out of the app or turn the TV off until you long-press the power button for several seconds.

Screen freezes

Terrible Experience, the television arrived and there is a black line going down the screen. I immediately sent in a negative review and did not get a response. We had to call and finally got someone to help us. It took less than a day for me to complain, but over 48 hours to get someone to respond. As of today, i still have a defective television, that i paid for. They were suppose to come today to pick it up at 1pm, no one showed up, so i am still watching a defective tv and receiving incompetent service.

Terrible Customer Service

Opened the TV with lots of anticipation and excitement from the family. We finally got that BIG tv we have wanted for a few thanksgiving now. 
After clearing out the previous LG TV we set it up on its stands/legs and powered it up and it showed up as a dark dark screen. 
After two hours of researching and YouTube guidance and trying out all the soft reset cycles and the power down and multi button presses and so on and on, it remained consistent in its dark dark appearance. Black screen was still the new show on this TV. 
So we called Samsung support and after three tries we're finally put into a call back queue with a 20 min wait cycle. 
And like behold after 40 mins we got the call from Samsung support. 
After 30 mins with Samsung support we concluded it's time to get this brand new TV serviced or return it to SamsClub. 
After three days we are waiting for FedEx to pick it up for the return. 
The saga continues. Worst tv purchase experience.
