- Use Instructions: Adults and children 6 years and older: dissolve 2 drops (one at a time) slowly in the mouth. Repeat every 2 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 6 years: ask a doctor. Do not bite or chew.

- Allergens + Warnings: This product comes with the following allergen, warning, and safety information: If you have a severe sore throat that lasts for more than two days, or if it is accompanied by symptoms such as fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea, or vomiting, it is important to consult a doctor promptly, as these may be signs of a serious condition. This product should not be used in children under 6 years of age unless directed by a doctor. If you have a persistent or chronic cough, such as one caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema, or a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, consult a doctor before using this product. If your cough persists for more than a week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, stop using this product and consult a doctor. Similarly, if a sore mouth does not improve in seven days, or if irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens, stop using this product and seek medical attention.

These Swiss cough drops are far SUPERIOR than Mucinex and the doctor's prescription of bensonate. (not sure of spelling) With these, I stopped coughing after just 3 drops, as recommended on the package. Stopped coughing on Day One, immediately!!! Bought 10 boxes in all, after reading that the herbs were grown naturally on the Swiss mountains, and carefully harvested and processed immediately. I was coughing for nearly 3 months, and nothing stopped it.
