Beyond the bakery....
I do a lot of meat smoking, and make my own bacon. With Dry Wax Paper, and these pans, I can slice, organize, weigh, package, and move my home made meat products through our kitchen. I got them for the Grand Daughters to help Grandma with cookies. (Small hands, small pans) But they work fantastic for my BBQ and Smoking needs too!

Bought these for my countertop convection oven which is large enough for a full chicken. These pans allow me to put two separate dishes in the oven at the same time but keep separate meat and veggies, or two separate meats. Perfect for single dish bakes for two. Quality is great. Very happy.
