Product: 300 Floss Picks

Flossing Instructions: Hold handle, guide floss between teeth using a gentle back-and-forth motion. Move floss up and down against tooth to help remove plaque and food particles above and just below the gumline. Rinse floss as necessary (repeat for each tooth).

Pick Instructions: Place tip of pick between teeth at the gumline. Use a gentle in and out motion to help remove plaque and food particles and stimulate gums. Rinse as necessary.

I have used these floss picks for years. They were the best. But the last time I got them they changed.They are horrible now. The floss breaks and gets stuck in your teeth. You have use 2 or 3 of them to floss your teeth. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

As you have noticed, we have updated the floss to a new Microtextured Fiber that we have designed with soft, gentle, nylon and elastic materials that offer triple action cleaning, softness, comfort, and durability that is tear resistant. Based on consumer feedback shortly after the introduction of the product, we became aware that some consumers were experiencing breaking. This is not the way they expect the product to perform, and our Technical Team is working to address this. We are sure this goes without saying, but since the floss is getting stuck between your teeth, we would recommend discontinuing the use of the product. However, we would like to recommend giving our Oral-B Essential Floss or our Oral-B Satin Floss a try, as they are both made with their original formula. We would love a chance to learn more about your experience so we are better able to assist you as well as gather some additional information for our Quality and Safety Teams, and we invite you to give us a call at (800) 566-7252.

i wish I read recent reviews before purchasing. The previous version I bought last year finally ran out. So, I got these thinking they were the same. Like others have said, what typically took one pick per time now takes upwards of 4 . They start shredding right away and feel so strange while flossing because of this. Truly disappointed. Hoping they bring back the old ones because these are absolutely worthless.
