Bought it a month ago and grand kids love it!! The instructions a little bit off, so we had to do a few things different to get it right!! But my husband and I were able to do in about 30hrs(few hrs over a 4day period)!!

Great diversity of fun for the kids

Awesome! If you follow the directions you should be able to put it together without major problems. It took us about three days to put it together. It definitely was easier when the little helpers were napping. This is for little kids not teenagers.

Awesome buy!!

Delivery was easy and quick, putting it together was complicated and time consuming but thats just how these play sets are. Be ready to spend a good amount of time putting it together and getting confused a couple times but overall was what I expected. 

Only been put together for a week so can update on how it holds up but so far so good and kids love it.

Great overall

My little one absolutely loves it but it is a lot to put together! 72 steps! Definitely a labor of love kind of thing. I would pay someone if you can.

Buy it but pay someone to put it together

If possible invite many of your friends to help. Make sure there is a hardware store open and nearby you may need it. You need a lot of patience to set this thing up. Parts missing and stuff just doesn’t lineup.

2 and 5 year old love it!

The kids all love the playset.  Some parts were a little more challenging to put together than others.  Make sure you read the instructions and don't just look at the pictures.  You will put stuff together backwards if you do, also look at the big book of instructions along with the instructions that come in each box, some information is missing from some pages in the little book of instructions so follow the large book.

Great playset for all ages

VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER!!   Been working on it for two weeks now.   Slide delivered with multiple cracks.  Have contacted customer service and awaiting resolution.  Definitely hire someone to put together.

Mockingbird

The kids like it but it was a pain to put together, the material were low quality, some boards were warped, too many types of screws were used, some holes were predrilled and some were not.  We were disappointed in the overall quality and sturdiness of this product.

Could have been better quality

I bought this playset for my grandkids last month and it’s not the quality I thought it would be for the price. Disappointed about customer service from Sam’s and the company that makes it. Disappointed about the quality of this product. If my son in law didn’t mind taking it apart I would return it for a full refund.

Poor quality material

Assembly could not be complete because pieces were splitting while screwing in bolts and boards were missing. The wood is soft splits easy. I contacted KidKraft for replacement only to find out all requested pieces are on back order. When following up the only response it they are looking into the problem. Definitely not the quality expected!!
