Very good value. I use them in my dog's food. We put them in a food processor to chop them up. 
We've been making our own dog food for years. It so much more healthy for them. Nuts give them good protein, fiber and essential oils and nutrients. 

Obviously they are just one element. But very essential for their diet.

Please stop using store bought dog food. You're giving them poison, if you will not eat it then neither should they. Just make sure you look at recipes so they get all their needs met. 

And the best thing you'll save money and your pet children will be more healthy. None of mine are overweight their coats look beautiful and they are energetic. 

They it up right away. Only down side is you really need to make it in batches and freeze it, then defrost it everyday as needed. Its easy if you take it from the freezer the night before and place it in your refrigerator. Ready the next day, heat in the MW, and serve. 

You will need to keep the nuts in the refrigerator after opening them nuts can spoil.

Great taste good value

These are delicious walnuts, uniformly halves, so very versatile. I chop them and store them for use in quart jars. They're terrific in everything from baked goods to our morning cup of oatmeal.

Crisp, Fresh Walnut Halves

Walnuts are always fresh and mostly halves. Have purchased many bags and always satisfied with the quality. A healthy snack, great to snack on instead of sugar snacks.

Always fresh

This is my second bag this year and I just love how fresh these walnuts are! I use them in my morning oatmeal, in cookies and other baking as well as a few daily for the good oils they contain.

Super Fresh!

These are really good. Too bad they took away free shipping from plus members. I won’t be buying these again since I’m not going to pay for shipping and they are not available in my club. It’s  a shame Sam’s Club has treated the plus members this way. Doing away with the free shipping and trying to slide it in under the rug with a vague email is insulting to long time customers. They could have grandfathered in current members, or offered another tier of membership to those of us that have been members for decades. Shameful!

Had to order online as have taken for shipping for plus members away. Now have to spend $50 dollars for free shipping.  Soon it won’t be worth paying for plus

Walnuts

i love Sams and these are the best walnuts ever. Not only are they great quality they are priced well. But today I found 1 large and 3 small pieces of shell in the bag. I grabbed a handful out and started chewing and there it was. I will still buy these just letting Sams know in case it becomes a problem

Shells in the walnuts

The last 2 times I bought these they were disappointing. I eat these everyday and have had to throw away a number of them because of the taste. A lot of them  tasted old, ‘oily' and and looked bad as almost rotten (black). When I first started buying the walnuts, maybe a year ago so I have bought several bags, they were 
good.

Tastes old

I went to exchange rancid walnuts with different batch number at Sam's but the exchange item was also rancid.

Rancid walnuts

We bought 4 bags of these walnuts.  Opened the first and they were the most rancid nuts I have ever tasted.  I mean literally rancid, and severely so (oxidized walnut oil, burning taste).  The expiration date is long into the future (8/20/2021), but they are terribly rancid nonetheless.  I opened a second bag and they were also rancid, though not quite as much.  We are not going to open the other two bags all four of which are, and have been since receipt, stored in our freezer.  I suspect that though these nuts may not be very old, they may have been stored for some time near a source of heat which accelerated the spoilage, though that is speculation on my part.  Once the COVID plague is over (we are in the highly vulnerable cohort), we will be taking these back to the store for a refund.  That should be (optimistically) long before the walnut bag expiration date.
